Is transportation from my hotel included?

This tour starts at the pickup point in the Hotel Zone (Open in **Google Maps**) so you'll need to walk, skip or catch a cab/shuttle there. The meeting point is on the south-west side of the main boulevard facing the Nichupte Lagoon.

What do I need to bring?

$5 per person for the Marine Fee. While the glass bottom boats do have a roof that will protect you from the sun, it's still encouraged to bring biodegradable sunscreen with you. You should also bring a swimsuit and a bag to keep your belongings dry. We have a photographer on board during most of our tours, so keep that when considering whether or not to bring your camera.

Your tour costs are refundable if canceled 24 hours before the tour departure. If booking using the Book Now, Pay Later option, the 5% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
