The Grand Cayman Distillery Tour is a two-hour guided adventure that will take you to the island's only distillery, Cayman Spirits Company Distillery. Opened in 2013, this craft distillery is known not only for its artisanal methods but also for its delicious spirits, particularly their world-renowned rum: Seven Fathoms Rum.
In this tour, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at the rum-making process; walk around the incredible facilities, which are equipped with a 1200-gallon Vendome copper pot still, a 30-foot tall vodka tower, and an original Christian Carl pot, all of which are still in use; enjoy a fun-packed tasting of the distillery's products, including the Distiller's Special rum, which is only available for tour-goers; and visit the distillery's gift shop, where you can purchase signature spirits such as Gun Bay Vodka, Seven Fathoms Rum, Governor's Reserve, amongst other products.
